Where: Starts and finishes at the Gold Coast cycle velodrome, 1 Hope Street Nerang. Hot showers and toilets are available at the race finish. Free car parking is available in the surrounding streets.

Maps: 6km 9km 12km 17km 20km. For map and elevation profiles for the 20km course, see 20km map and profile. Also see full course satellite map. The run courses will be clearly marked on the day.

Walkers: Not only are they are most welcome, but they are encouraged.

Start time: 0630 for the progressive except for the last race meet where the 20km race will start at 0600. The Run Girlz 6 km race will start at 0700 on every raceday. On the day of the first race, all runners will run the 6km and will start at 0700.

Racebib collection: Racebibs will be available for collection in the race precinct area, one hour before the start of each race.

Cutoff time: There will be no cutoff times.

Aid stations: There will be no aid stations. Runners are expected to be self sufficient.

Medals: Medals will be awarded to the first three males and first three females in each of the fixed and progressive events, with prizegiving as soon as practicable after the end of each race.

Prizes: The placegetters of each of the Progressive series, both male and female, will receive gift vouchers of $30, $20 and $10 from Runners ConneXion. The overall winners of the Progressive series, both male and female, will receive a shoe voucher for a pair of shoes of their choice, courtesy of Runners ConneXion. Womens Running will provide prize packs for both men and women for each race of the series (subscription voucher, visor, back copies and RunGirlz training voucher).

Spot prizes: Spot prizes will be provided at each race by Gold Coast Physio & Sports Health (massage voucher), Nike Robina ($50 voucher), MgBody (magnesium spray), Endura (prize pack) and Striderm (anti-blister and anti-chafing pack).

Series winners: Will be determined on a points system with 10 points to the winner, 9 points for second and so on down to one point for tenth. Trophies will be awarded to the series winners, to be presented after the completion of the last event on 6 September.

Coffee van: The coffee van will be there from about 0530.

Photos: Will be taken on raceday by Steve O'Keeffe of SOK Images and will be available for viewing and purchase within 24 hours of the race finish.
